'Chameleon' Cable Clips and Spiral Wrap Order Form

The order form below should be filled out electronically (without submitting), printed out, and mailed to the address listed on the left hand side of the page.

Each 'Chameleon' package contains two Flat Clips, two Round Clips and two Spiral Wraps and each pack cost 6.96 U.S. dollars.

Shipping and Handling is 5 U.S dollars and is good for up to 5 packages to the same address. Please allow 7-10 days after receipt of order for delivery. Pennsylvania addresses must add 7% sales tax on to the total, including the shipping and handling.

We only accept money orders and checks; credit cards will be available at a later date.  Money orders and checks can be made out to HazardGuard Safety Wire, Inc.
